Shipping policy

All of our shipping is run through New Zealand Post and Parcel Wings. These two providers offer the best shipping rates and New Zealand wide service.  All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All of our products are shipped on a Monday and a Wednesday with the hope you will receive your plants and products within 5 working days. 

Packaging and product integrity 

We pride ourselves on keeping our products in the best possible condition whilst on route to you. All plants are carefully, fed, wrapped and fixed within our boxes with appropriate signage with the aim for as little movement as possible on course.

To keep all plants in the best condition we recommend that they should be removed from the boxes, unwrapped, placed in the sun and lightly watered before planting within 2 days of receiving.
