A smoky and floral condiment for use in all things cookery. Great for spice rubs, barbeque marinades, baking, adding into salted caramel products and even on cocktails.
We use our spray free lavender Munstead grown and processed by hand at Whyte Light.
Directions: Add 1 teaspoon of smoked lavender salt over cakes, slices and drinks.
For marinades and Barbeque style sauces add 1 teaspoon over the protein and then a pinch to the sauce or glaze.

Care information
Roses enjoy a sunny, position and well drained soil. Feed twice a year to encourage stunning blooms and plant health.
We like to use a epson salts spray and feed with a seaweed fertiliser regularly. Prune well to encourage growth.
